Looking for late summer -> winter sublet

Hello - I am looking for a sublet in the greater Edinburgh area.

I am a working professional, who is looking to move in to a cozy home from (ideally) August onwards.

I am a thoughtful and communicative housemate, who is also looking to go on trips into the highlands and far-north for some surf and camping, while also able to cook up a mean bit of dinner too.

I am open to most living arrangements, except I don't want to move into a party house, as its not as compatible with my working life (I work overseas remotely).

I have many years renting experience, and treat your home like my own. I am open to a room in a sharehouse, but also my own place if you want a compassionate tenant.
