I have a Double room available for a Student Only to rent within my 2 bed flat from 1st July - but can be available for viewings from 24th June.

Great transport links, 3 mins walk to Fratton Train Station for great links to London, bus stops all around, University Bus across the road, 15 mins walk to city centre, 15 mins walk to Albert Road Southsea and 30 mins walk to the beach. Most Portsmouth University buildings are within 15 mins walk from flat. Close to Continental Ferries and Southampton airport 20 mins by car or train.

I am a professional and work Monday to Friday, dividing my time between working from home and being out at the office. When I am not at work I am either out Socialising or at home chilling in front of TV, listening to music or doing my art. and craft in my room.

There is also a small balcony for drying clothes. All bills are included in rent, gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi.
